SEATTLE, Wash. — February 14, 2023 — Today, PPM announced the appointment of Jessie Bresnahan to Associate Director overseeing the Seattle region. With over 18 years of experience in the construction and project management of large commercial office, hotel, and medical projects, Jessie has risen through the ranks at PPM over the past eight years.
Since joining PPM in 2015, Bresnahan has led teams on complex projects to advance client goals and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
“Jessie is a strong leader who has the combined strengths of seeing the big picture while also delivering on important details,” said Puja Kapur, Vice President for the West Region. “In this new role, she will be able to help drive that same level of personalized service with an integrated, people-centric approach that will further enhance the performance of our fast-growing Seattle team.”
As Associate Director in Seattle, Bresnahan will lead the Seattle team in business development, strategy, and P&L management. In addition, she will supervise a team of Project Managers (PM), Assistant PMs, and Project Coordinators, functioning as a “player/coach” combining both strategic vision and tactical precision in execution.
“I am excited to take on this new challenge and lead a stellar team of project managers,” Bresnahan said. “PPM is an exceptional place where serving our clients and serving our communities are equally valued, and I am eager to see how we can further advance both of those goals in this dynamic commercial real estate market.”
Before joining PPM, Bresnahan spent a decade in construction as a project manager for a large regional electrical subcontractor. Her experience has equipped her to troubleshoot problems while guiding teams toward impactful solutions. She brings efficiencies in scope, schedule, and budget, and both her clients and team appreciate her detailed communication, consistency in meeting timelines and budgets, integrity, and leadership.
